The safety of our employees and customers is extremely important to us. In our Upstate NY headquarters, hygiene practices, social distancing, and contingency job processing plans are in place to try and meet your current needs.

Automation Evolution serves key industries vital to combating the Coronavirus pandemic. These include critical manufacturing processes such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, pulp and paper, utilities and more. It is important that we continue to operate with this in mind.

Project Status – If your project timeline is impacted, we will communicate with you as soon as possible.
Remote support – Automation Evolution continues to provide remote technical support to all customers.
On-site Services – Automation Evolution continues to provide site support for critical situations on a case by case basis. Every effort will be made to provide remote support first.
Parts Sourcing and Repairs – Our sister company, Classic Automation, has an online store open 24/7 for order placement. On-site inventory has been increased recently to fill their newly expanded warehouse.
This includes both new and refurbished automation parts in stock to ensure we can source or repair your parts.
Visitors – Currently only contractors essential to keeping our immediate operations running are allowed on site, and only after vetting for infection risk.
Changes Implemented – Our employees have been practicing and continue to follow the recommended hygiene and social distancing guidelines.
